The right food to lose weight

Many people want to lose weight real quick. Thanksfully, many people are sceptical about weightloss pills. The promised results (10 pounds per week) are simply unrealistic. Furthermore, you don’t even want to know what those praised pills contain.

“Ok, i won’t take pills. How can I use weight fast then?”

Not eating is the wrong way. The resulting weightloss is not permanent and unhealthy.

There are two important factors: regular sport and eating proper food. Sport is important because you’re not allowed to consume more energy than you burn. I’ll now talk about proper nutrition.

It’s really hard to eat healthy nowadays. Fast-food and sugar are everywhere.

Water

It is important to drink sufficient amounts of Water. Women should consume at least 2, men at least 3 litres of water per day.

Fat

Not eating any fat is not the right solution. There are healthy and unhealthy fats. Processed food contains usually unhealthy fats. Healthy fats are for example contained in nuts, fish or avocados.

Vegetables

Even though vegetables are not the most popular food-group, it is the best and healthiest food that you can eat. The best vegetables are green ones, e.g. lettuce or brocoli.

Fruit

Almost as healthy as veggies. You can’t go wrong with fruit, whether you eat apples, bananas pears or pinapple.

Protein

Protein is important for our body. Many people make the mistake of eating too much protein in form of meat. You don’t need to eat no meat at all, but you should try to also eat Protein in form of vegetables.

How many meals per day?

Many people think 3 meals per day are healthy. Unfortunately, they’re quite bad if you want to lose weight. It is way healthier to eat numerous smaller meals (e.g. 5 or 6).
